Job Summary- The Senior Project Manager accurately manages detailed, large, multi-phased contract projects from design build to submittal process. This position will work closely with estimating, detailing, and procurement departments to provide and on-time on-budget project for our key account customers.

Job Summary- The Senior Project Manager accurately manages detailed, large, multi-phased contract projects from design build to submittal process. This position will work closely with estimating, detailing, and procurement departments to provide and on-time on-budget project for our key account customers.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible and accountable for-
- Coordinate hand-off of accurate estimates to the Detailing department while communicating any project specific instructions.
- Communicate submittal progress with the customers and identify any potential impact on the schedule.
- Coordinate pricing and detailing of any change orders and communicate any timeline impact to the customer, and follow up for change order acceptance.
- Release all approved and reviewed submittals to procurement department with any special instructions or directions.
- Communicate with the shipping/logistics team to ensure site deliveries are successful and on-time.
- Conduct routine site visits to establish relationships and communicate effectively with on-site teams.
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager working within Div 8 Commercial Doors, Frames, and Hardware.
- Ability to travel throughout the local area.
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.
- Experience with Bluebeam, Procure, MS Office Suite, and Comsense are all highly preferred.
- This is an on-site position, relocation assistance will be provided.
