Summary:
The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepares annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for the group.
  • Develops and maintains financial models for various business units and projects.
  • Analyzes financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
  • Supports the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Conducts periodic audits of budget items to actual expenses
  • Prepares capital expenditure budgets and forecasts
  • Analyzes performance of business verticals and product lines for profitability
  • Prepares ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
  • Assists in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Builds business metrics and dashboards
  • Continuously improves financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepares financial reports for senior leadership and Board.
  • Performs other related duties as requested by the Chief Financial Officer
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
