Job Summary- The Receptionist’s primary responsibilities are to greet visitors and manage incoming phone calls.

The Receptionist is responsible and accountable for-
  • Maintaining front lobby area and making it a welcoming area for guests by keeping the desk clear/clean and keeping the lobby clean and free from clutter
  • Delivering excellent customer service by having a professional and positive attitude in all interactions with customers. 
  • Greeting, monitoring, announcing and logging visitors
  • Maintain CIH driver and vehicle list for insurance company
  • Answering and routing calls in a timely manner to the correct individual
  • Managing office supply inventory
  • Reviewing purchase order acknowledgements and attaching in Opening Suite
  • Assisting with receivables by faxing past due sales order invoices to customers
  • Opening and distributing mail and faxes in a timely manner
  • Mail/email monthly customer statements
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

  • Receiving and sorting mail
  • Continuous productivity under pressure and able to multitask
Experience and other requirements-
  • Ability to use office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines, mailing equipment, etc..)
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred
  • No issue with repetitive use of fingers and hands and moving up to 20lbs.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Pre-employment background screening
  • High School Education or equivalent
